Resolved: The worst customer service. Hours of my time wasted on hold only to be passed back and forth and my issue never resolved. After 3 weeks I am starting to think they are trying g to cover something up

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They finally accepted their own check

I started to work for a new company that utilizes fidelity for our 401k. I tried to roll over my old 401k . At first they told me they could not find my account . It took 4 hours on hold to find it. They mailed me a check for 38k and now the new account will not deposit it and nobody can tell me why. I spent at least 12 hours on hold and people promise to call me back but it never happens . This check for 38k is just sitting around . Meanwhile I cannot get a phone number for a consumer affairs department .

Fidelity charges you a Commission for a Margin Liquidation

Can't believe Fidelity raised margin requirements on one position without my knowledge, then immediately liquidated it at a maximum loss. Fidelity didn't care about preserving my money. The called it an "accelerated margin call". Then upon looking at the trade confirmation they also charged $33 for each liquidation and refused to refund all 3 liquidations. A commission is supposed to only be paid to a broker when a customer calls to ask the broker to place the trade -- not for a margin liquidation! Fidelity is committing impropriety. That's dishonest and improper.

Direct deposit

I switched banks to get the 2 days early so my bills would be on time and I would get a better bank. Not the case I switched to fidelity because it's not a bank.

I received my first check from ssdi on the 28th when the last bank gave it to me on the 26th, now I have not received it at all and fidelity says when they receive the funds it will be deposited, ssdi does not hand out checks early and fidelity would not call to verify what I said was true, now I am behind on my rent, if I don't get it today my credit is going to go down.

It takes a long time to even get your credit up. Wasted all that time because fidelity can't follow a calendar or listen to their clientele.

It's been 4 months trying to transfer funds from my old 401K (transamerica) to Fidelity; after 3 months of being pass around, as nobody in customer service knew how to handle this, I got a check returned from Fidelity as it was supposed to be send together with some form that NOBODY said it was needed before. So now I need to wait for those forms to be mailed to me via regular mail, and then pay out of my pocket to be sent via certify mail, because by now I don't trust this POS company anymore; and then wait and see "IF" they finally apply those funds to my new 401K. May as well cash the check myself and have a good weekend, seriously...

The computer at customer service incapable to answer basic questions. It does not understand P/E!!! The customer service reps don't write or read English well. They do not understand there is a difference between sector and industry. You ask a question via email, the reply is always the same "Due to currently high volumes, response times to general questions may be longer than usual"

I'LL BE SURPRISE IF I'M ABLE TO POST THIS BEFORE THE INTERNET CRASHES AGAIN "TODAY"
I/You pay this company nearly $80 to $100 a month for internet that crashes saying possible DNS probe what ever that's supposed to mean
But I pay my bill and have been paying my bill ( Not sure why I do ) But have been doing it for a few years mainly because it's the only company here and if I could switch to a better one I would do it in a heart beat
But the reason I'm making this complaint is every month day end day out I have to deal with internet outages, slow internet that they claim is the fastest or a DNS probes and still not sure what that mean I end up cutting the modem off and turning it back on to reset it just yesterday alone I cut it off ( *** I lost count ) Of how many times I cut it off to reset it just for it to crash again no more then 5 mins of getting on it and this was within an hours time I think I spend more time cutting the power to the modem to reset it just to get 5 to 10mins on till it crashes again Their internet is crap and always has been and as I siad if I see another company come up with better reviews I SWEAR TO GOD I am switching over to that company

I just want to say honestly calling this company is a waste of time as I said in my past complaint They'll just tell you their working on it and then they'll tell you the problem is fixed which is a line of BS
But after I made this complaint I wrote down times and dates of each time I had to shut down my modem and or computer just to reset this modem box even after they hand you a new modem it's still crap
But the times and dates are as follows starting form the day after I posted here :
The 10th 8x in about an hour this day I didn't write times down but on the 11th 8x starting at 11:52am to 3:30pm then after that it started again with having to shut down modem starting at 3x from 6 to 6:30pm then again from 7 to 8:30 pm Today it starts at noon and I'll be surprised if it allows me to post even now for it has been like non stop
I'm not sure if I mention this in my past complaint but when I did call them back in Jan, this year Jan ,30th to be exact of this year I had them cut off my wifi because this is the excuse they use to keep you sucked in They claimed that someone may have hacked in to my wifi so I told them to cut it off for I never used it anyways and they said that is why it's so slow and the other is that I can't and don't even know what the password is and they didn't know either
Also I have to write this down on my computer notepad just encase the net goes down again or is so slow that it crashes or that so called DNS issue comes up again
Again this is a waste of time and their is not much that can be done other then that me coming here to vent

Hard time getting my funds

I have been having *** since I made my first deposit in my fidelity investment account!! This has been a nightmare for me from flushing and I'm at the point of wanting to file a lawsuit because for the life of me I cannot understand why a bank would a bank would lie and tell me my money wasn't there and I was looking at the deposit and knew when my money was received anf they lied to me for 5 days right after they finally told me truth they instantly blocked account me and my partner sent our documents via fax and a link that they sent to us they keep saying they havent gotten the documents which is a damn lie I'm so sick of dealing with this it's been a whole month my lawyer was on the phone with them an hour in a half they wouldn't budge and they are steadily creating obstacles that are impossible and they know it they work at a bank!!

Something is fishy about this whole situation I can feel in my bones I'm almost at a point of being homeless I was in the process of moving my kids are at my mom's I have 6 girls so it's already been a month!!! I don't see how other living being can even create a. Problem for me and they have the same or just issues period just like I do!! I'm really stressed out and need your help Ms.Abagail you don't know you would be helping me my kids and my life period!!

Another thing your employees are really doing something that I know you wouldn't agree with or that I would. Hope your not condoning because it is wrong I'm not fool at all and I see it clear what's going on or what they are trying to pull and they are taking the terms of the bank and abusing them by finding anything out of place and blowing up I think to compensate themselves that's just something I think you should look into even better investigate it because I almost sure it's a leak in the system from how they are handling me for no reason at all!! If I don't get help from you I just have my lawyer step in but I decided to come to you first because you are a hard working woman and I respect your efforts of holding the position you uphold!!

So I wouldn't want to have anything mess that up or to have anything take from you or go south to say the least cause I'm a logical thinker and I care about people as a whole I might not know them but that's not the thing they are a person just like me and we all need a chance to fix things if we can to make any situation right or better!! I'll be waiting for your response or a different reaction from your company!!!

I opened an account with fidelity investments a joint account and I've been having problems from flushing! It's like they are trying to keep my money or something I would advise no one to open an account there because they find any reason to restrict your account and mess over you!! I might be coming a lawsuit!!!
